Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it
- It must be in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a brief reason for the return, and clear photos of the item, if applicable.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or not functioning properly, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Contact [email protected] with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the problem.
We will replace the item or offer a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued via your preferred contact method (we will coordinate this due to the nature of our order processing)
Please note that refunds will not be issued for:
- Items returned after 7 days
- Items damaged due to misuse or neglect
- Missing accessories or original packaging
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons, including:
- Microphones that have been unsealed
- In-ear headphones or earpieces
- Custom or personalized musical instruments
